We like to keep things simple here at Orivelle. Our website exists to introduce our brush-tip nail and cuticle care pen, not to collect personal details. Here is a clear look at what we see, what we keep, and what stays elsewhere.
What little we collect on this site
Our website does not have user accounts, mailing lists, or a checkout basket. We do not ask for your name or phone number while you browse. Basic technical logs may be generated by the web server simply to deliver pages smoothly, but we do not profile your visits or compile dossiers on your browsing habits. We are here to show you our 2-pack and 4-pack pens, nothing more.
A letter you send us is just a letter
If you choose to write to us by email, we receive your message and your return address. We use that information only to read your note and send a thoughtful reply back to you. We do not add your address to a hidden marketing database or share your correspondence with outside advertisers. Once our conversation is finished, your message simply rests in our inbox like any quiet note.
Purchases through our retail partner
When you decide to purchase the Orivelle pen, your order is placed and completed entirely on the website of our trusted retail partner. They manage their own checkout, payment processing, delivery, and customer records under their own separate privacy policy. We never see your payment card numbers, billing street address, or retail store account details on our end.
Your choices and simple questions
You are always welcome to send us a note if you ever want to check what details we have from previous email conversations. Because we do not run user accounts or customer profiles, our answer will be very brief. If you would like us to delete past email exchanges you had with our team, let us know and we will gladly remove them from our inbox.
