Every order placed through our site buttons is routed to our retail partner. Their team picks the items from their shelves, packs the parcel, and sends it on its way through their established delivery network. We never handle the physical shipping boxes or manage our own dispatch facility.

Checking delivery timing and shipping costs

Because our retail partner manages the fulfillment network, all shipping fees and expected arrival dates are calculated directly in their checkout. You will see every available delivery option, the exact cost, and the estimated arrival window before you enter your payment details and finalize your purchase. Speed and rates depend on your delivery address, the package destination, and the speed options you select at checkout.

Tracking your package and order updates

Once your parcel is on its way, all progress updates and tracking numbers are hosted directly inside your account on our retail partner platform. We do not hold your personal payment details or have access to live warehouse routing tools, which means we cannot look up your tracking number for you. To check on the status of your parcel, simply log in to your account with our partner and view your order history.
